In an era of rapid economic development, the upgrading of industries has led many people to be unwilling to persistently focusing on one industry for the long term and instead try to make quick money.
Many friends around me are constantly changing industries, following the trend wherever it may be. In fact, it is very difficult to persist in an industry for decades and remain profitable all the time.
Persistently focusing on one industry for the long term can be quite challenging. It requires a strong passion for the field to overcome obstacles, face fierce competition, and be able to keep growing and adapting. So, while it may not be easy, committing to deepening your expertise in one industry can be a rewarding and fulfilling journey to become a true expert.
I have been in the production and manufacturing industry of wooden products and wooden boxes for over 24 years.
Why haven't I been attracted to other emerging industries and changed careers? It's because I am very familiar with the production process of wooden products and wooden boxes. More importantly, clients trust me very much, and suppliers support me greatly, which motivates me to continue working in this industry. Using my knowledge and experience to create value for clients, and growing and developing together with them, makes me very happy.
Every time I develop a product for a client, every time I hear them say that their sales have skyrocketed because of my design and product quality, it brings me the greatest joy. That is my answer!
